Student Symphony Side-by-Side RSVP Form
Thank you for joining Symphony Side-by-Side presented by the Albany Symphony and ESYO! This form is students and teachers would would like to join for the special student section to play three additional pieces withe the Albany Symphony and ESYO Orchestras. All friends and family can come too! Admission and parking will be free and open on the day of the event!

MVP Arena, Albany, NY

SCHEDULE
11:00 AM - Special Student Rehearsal with Albany Symphony and ESYO (MVP Arena) to rehearse How to Train Your Dragon, Wicked Highlights, and Spirited Away Theme. 
Please arrive at 11AM to get settled. The rehearsal will begin between 11:15-11:30. 

12:30 - Lunch Break (Pizza provided. Please pack food if you have dietary requirements. There will also be a concessions kiosk open on the concourse). 
12:30 - Doors Open to Public - Activity Fair Begins on MVP Arena Concourse
1PM - Singers-only rehearsal to practice Ode to Joy and Moana 
1:45PM - Community Participants arrive and find your spots (bring your music stand!) 
2PM - Finale Rehearsal (all participants called: Star Wars Imperial March and Ode to Joy)
2:30 - Short Break
3-4:30PM Symphony Side by Side Concert

Download the appropriate part for your instrument from each piece's folder. There are parts for different skill levels!


Rehearsals
The special, students-only orchestra rehearsal will be on Monday 10/12 at 11am at MVP Arena. 

The vocal rehearsal will be on Monday 10/13 at 1pm at MVP Arena.

The community orchestra rehearsal for the finale will be on Monday 10/13 at 2pm at MVP Arena. 

Which rehearsals should I attend?
- If you are playing in any of these 3 pieces, you should come to the 11am rehearsal: Spirited Away, How to Train Your Dragon, Wicked Highlights

-If you are only singing, you should come to the 1pm vocal rehearsal and the 2pm finale rehearsal. 

- If you are only playing an instrument in the finale pieces (Ode to Joy and Star Wars Imperial March), you only need to attend the 2pm community finale rehearsal.
