Chat moderator (Profile manager, PM) understand and agree the following terms and conditions:

Working place

Understand that the campaign is 100% work from home set up
Understand that chat moderator must provide their own equipment (laptop or PC) and must have a stable internet connection (mobile phones is not suitable)

Probation period

Agree to undergo the 1 weeks probation period.
Applicants understand and agree to complete the full 1 weeks probation period.
Successfully passed probation period means the applicant joins the core team by the decision of the management
Failure to complete the 1 week probation period or got removed by management during the probation period will result to not receiving any payment

Basic period (in core team): working days, termination and vacation

Agree to work in shifts 6 days a week with the schedule provided by the management (8 hours working day)
Understand that performance will be monitored on the weekly and monthly basis and understand that failure to maintain the metrics will result to termination
In the case of weekly monitoring, if the chat moderator’s performance does not meet expectations based on the week results - management will give such chat moderator a warning before termination. If you are given a warning, management will give you 1 week to show improvement. If management does not see any improvement, management can terminate you. You will still get your pay for the work you have rendered.
In the case of monthly monitoring the performance for the whole month will be monitored, and if the chat moderators performance does not meet expectations - management will terminate your employment without warning. You will still get your pay for the work you have rendered.
In the event of a severe breach of work discipline, rules pertaining to platform usage, or other significant violations of the company's policies, the management retains the authority to terminate the operator's employment on the same day.
For core team members when asking for vacation leave make sure to coordinate with management 1 week in advance and it is subject for approval. For sick leave make sure to inform management before your shift starts.
Understand, if chat moderator decides to resign, such chat moderator must inform the management 2 weeks in advance to be able to receive 100% of their total pending pay.
In case chat moderator will submit immediate resignation they will only receive 50% of their total pending pay.
In case chat moderator will just leave without any notice, no pay will be given.

Basic period (in core team): payout, bonuses and fines

Understand that salary will be distributed on or before the 25th of the following month
Understand that in order to receive your payment, it is necessary to earn at least $20. If your earnings fall below $20, the amount will be accumulated until it reaches $20 or more, at which point you will be eligible for payout.
Understand that salary compensation for chat moderator in the core team is 30-50% of the revenue earned (depending on the revenue size).
Good performance will be given bonuses by management.
Understand that chat moderator compensation may be subject to penalties for a severe violation of labor discipline, for poor quality of work, for other reasons (incl. fines from the platform) that violate the established rules of work in the company.
Fines by management and from the platform will be deducted to the chat moderator pay.
Recruitment agencies are not responsible for the salary payout and/or any other payment issues. The payment of salaries is the responsibility of TalkUp.

This is an exclusive agreement/contract between the chat moderator and TalkUp.

The chat moderator fully understands this agreement/contract with TalkUp, as well as all the documents/working instruction and other business sensitive information received during the work are forbidden to be disclosed (incl. any information related to the profiles under the management). The platform the chat moderator needs to work with records all the actions made and may be then accused and used as evidences.

TalkUp will impose a penalty of $5,000 (together with lawsuit) if the fact of sharing such information to anyone who is not the part of the company will be revealed.

This also applies to the employee's attempts to use information obtained at work for personal purposes (for example, using profiles data outside the platform, trying to scam users of the platform by asking them to send money to a personal card, etc.).

This rule remains in force for a year after the employee leaves. That is, if it is revealed that the current / former employee is / was involved in prohibited activity, TalkUp has the right to impose a penalty of $5,000 and sue such a person.
