We, at the Loyola Family Business Center (FBC), realize the value of our members' confidentiality. We expect that as a NGLI member you will also value this policy for the protection of yourself, your group members and the reputation of the Center.
I agree to keep confidential the following information, but not limited to:
- That of a personal nature about members and potential members,
- That related to the financial arrangements and business dealings of the members and potential members, and
- That relates to ownership structure and operations of business entities controlled and owned by members and potential members.
I understand that confidential information also includes any knowledge or other information that the Family Business Center, its members and potential members would wish to maintain in confidence. Because maintaining confidentiality is very important and valuable to the Family Business Center, its members and potential members, I agree that I will not disclose or make any use of Confidential Information, or allow anyone else to make use of confidential information, at any time either during or after my experience as a participant in this peer group.
