Payment and Pick Up Info
Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received.  You will receive an email confirmation when your payment is received.

Payment Info: 
  • Please send a check made payable to "Bellingham Friends of Music" to your student's music teacher at BMS or BHS (cash is accepted but we prefer checks when sending with students)

Order Pick Up Dates: 

Monday, December 2nd: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bellingham High School

Tuesday, December 3rd: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bellingham High School

Wednesday, December 4th: Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Bellingham High School


Pick-Up Policy: 

1.  All plants should be picked up during the days/times specified above. 

2.  Families can send a proxy to pick up their orders. 

3.  If you cannot pick-up during the days/times listed, contact Sarah Doyle by Wednesday, Nov. 27th to arrange for a special pick-up. 

4.  Any plants that are not picked up by Wednesday 12/4 at 2:00 pm that do not have special arrangements for pick-up will be put up for resale. Refunds are not automatic.
