Membership is valid for 1 calendar year (January - December) irrespective of when it was approved. There shall be no proration of membership.
Annual subscriptions shall become due and payable on or before the last day of February in each and every year; if a member is in arrears for 30 days or more, membership of the Association shall automatically terminate.
