Would you like to host a BAM Bus? *
BAM can arrange a bus to transport folks to/from the festival from your brewery. If you agree to host a bus, you'll be required to provide a bus chaperone to/from the event, and also to help fill the bus by promoting it to your fans & customers. There are 50 seats on each bus.
Would you brewery be interesting in purchasing a larger space for MDCBF?

Licensing
BAM is applying for a Non-Profit Beer Festival Permit to cover the event. All participating breweries MUST apply for/receive the State Brewing Company Off-Site Permit (BC-OSP) in order to participate in this event. The BC-OSP will allow participating breweries to bring their own beer to the event, and to sample at their discretion.

Make sure your offsite permit is up to date, because they expired on December 31st.

The BC-OSP permit application can be found here: http://forms.marylandtaxes.com/alcohol_forms/384.pdf

Do you hold a Brewing Company Off-Site Permit issued by the Comptroller's Office? *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
