DESIGN FEES (Applicable to some requests.)
Your request may require a small, non-refundable, up-front trip design fee. This fee allows me to carve out the proper amount of time in my schedule to be able to give your trip the time and attention it deserves. This includes my expertise and time spent qualifying you for the best packages that fit your interests and budget, as well as guiding you through the timeline and process from the time of your request until the time you return home. Design fees are not requested nor charged until after I review your request above. 

Once paid, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of whether you book a vacation or not. Thank you for valuing our time spent working for you, and appreciating our expertise and first-hand experiences.

By submitting this form, you agree and understand your request may be subject to a nonrefundable design fee. I will be in touch with further details after I review your request.
