This year Kemper Knoll Stables has once again partnered with Top Notch Farm for our Summer Pony and Critter Camp.  Camp is held at Kemper Knoll Stables 9857 Goods Mill Road McGaheysville VA 22840. The morning sessions will focus on riding lessons and horsemanship. In the afternoon,  campers will learn about all kinds of critters including bees, alpacas, chickens, pigs and more!  We have licensed teachers and experienced equestrian professionals on staff.  Camp waivers and medical forms will be emailed in May.  We look forward to providing your child with a memorable experience!  Contact Diana Kemper at 540-607-6190 or email topnotchfarmva@gmail.com with questions.  Complete this form to register.  Payment information is included in the form below. Spaces are limited for registration, so we ask that you complete registration by April 30th. This form will be closed once we have reached capacity for registration.

Camp runs from 9am-3pm. After care is available until 5pm for an additional fee.

Camp is most appropriate for rising kindergarten through 6th graders. (approximately ages 5-11). However, if you feel you child would enjoy camp and falls outside of that age range, please reach out us. These are suggestions.

This year's camps will feature a mini showcase from 3pm-4pm on the last day of each camp session for parents to see their young equestrian practice some of their new riding skills. We also invite students to join us for our Great Beginnings Show Series later in the summer. More info will be provided in the spring.

NOTE EARLY BIRD RATE! If you register on BEFORE FEBRUARY 1st, 2026 you get $20 off your payment in full or deposit! This option will be removed after FEBRUARY 1st.

Items campers need to bring:
-closed toe shoes or boots
-pants for riding horses
-change of clothes (we will be doing farm activities and campers may get dirty)
-sunscreen
-packed lunch (snacks are provided)
-water bottle
-riding helmet (If they have one.  We also have helmets that can be borrowed.)
-completed waivers (waivers will be emailed after registration and before the first day of camp)

This year we are offering after camp supervision from 3pm -5 pm.  Please indicate in your selection below if you are interested in utilizing these services for $30 per day.  We are trying to gather preliminary numbers for staffing purposes.  Payment for after care is due the first day of camp and is NOT expected at registration  hours as we know plans can change. *
