Denver Justice Project is led by people of color, and is committed to centering and building up more people of color's leadership, but we welcome white folks to be allies and accomplices in this work. How comfortable are you with respecting and taking leadership from people of color (POC)?
I'm white with a lot of experience following POC leadership, and I have a good sense of how to support / take action without taking too much space
I'm white and I have some experience following POC leadership, but I'd say I still have plenty to learn
I'm white and I have no or little experience following POC leadership, but I'm willing to self educate, play a support role, and accept feedback or correction with grace
I'm a POC, and I want to grow into a leadership position in DJP if it's a good fit
I'm a POC, and I don't necessarily want to be in leadership; I just want to play my part
Is there anything else you'd like us to know about you or that you want to offer?
