General pricing is as follows:
MAIN / YOUTH AUDITORIUM
$225 per hour up to four hours Two hour minimum; includes the cost of lights, audio, slide show presentation availability, and basic event coordinator.
$150 per additional hour of event timeSetup and deliveries during normal business hours (9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday) the day prior to event, no charge. Setup and deliveries outside of normal business hours billed at $35 an hour, one hour minimum.
$300 fee to completely clear the stage
PLAYSCAPE / CAFE AREA
$100 flat rate for 3 hours Includes playscape, café tables, café chairs, and 2 eight foot tables
$50 per additional hour of event time
$200 fee to completely clear or rearrange the café setup
CONFERENCE ROOM / CLASSROOMS
$35 per hour during normal business hours (9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday)
$60 per hour outside normal business hours
PATIO / BONFIRE PIT
$75 per hour during normal business hours
$100 per hour during outside business hours
