The Southern Tier Region, through the NYSERDA Clean Energy Communities Program, offers free solar technical support to communities. Our affiliated Clean Energy Advisor is available on request to present/participate in meetings, conduct training, support solar planning and zoning, and answer questions regarding large scale renewable energy in general.
