Troy Women's Soccer Mini Camp Sign Up
We invite all rising 3rd-8th grade girls interested in training with the Troy High School Women's Soccer team to join us June 22nd-24th from 6:00-7:30pm at Troy Soccer Complex. All levels of experience welcome!

Campers will receive a camp t-shirt, snack and training from our team.

I consent that my child can receive any necessary medical treatment for any condition or injury suffered while attending the Troy Women's Soccer Mini Camp. I understand that the camp does not carry medical pr accidental insurance on behalf of any camper and that I will be responsible if for any expenses incurred on their behalf in connection with such treatment. I release the camp and its workers from all claims and liabilities for nay injuries sustained by my daughter. I confirm that my daughter is physically fit to participate in the camp and agree that she is adequately covered by medical insurance.  *
