If you have one than one team that qualified for the State Bowl, please fill out one form for each qualifying team. Lunch
Lunch will be served in the UNK Nebraskan Student Union. The cost per person is $10.00 (includes tax). Please include in this amount for each person that will be having the lunch. This would mean students, coaches, family, friends, and team members.

Please include the total amount in advance for the lunch and additional alternates. Make check or money order to Nebraska Future Problem Solving Program. This can be sent to PO Box 602, North Bend, NE 68649. If you'd like to request an invoice for this amount be sent to your district, email mcody@nebraskafps.org

You can also bring your lunch money with you the day of State Bowl.

Each team must provide an adult monitor in order to compete at the FPS State Bowl. This must be another adult (parent or sponsor) - not the coach. Coaches will be meeting at the time monitors oversee the competitors completing their booklets. Your monitor will receive more information by mail 2-3 weeks before the State Bowl.
