July 9th - 14th 2021

Last year the youth got their chance to go to the Boundary Waters and a great time was had. This year it's the adults turn. Sign up below even if you're interested in going on a trip. Groups of 9 people and four canoes can paddle and camp together in the BWCA. You can sign up for just yourself or as a couple. Groups will be matched up once we know who all is going. Grace will organize 2 groups to go unless there is a lot of interest then we can look into doing more.

I have the trip scheduled to leave Friday midday for Grand Marais. We will find a place to stay Friday night in or near Grand Marais and Paddle in Saturday morning. Spend 4 days and 3 nights in the BWCA. Paddle out Tuesday spend one more night in Grand Marais before heading back home Wednesday. If you or anybody you came with would like to stay in up north additional days that is fine. We'll just have to coordinate before we go.

If you have a canoe or access to a canoe and can transport to the BWCA that can be taken. Once we know our groups we can organize outfitting.

Cost of trip is $200

Entry point chosen by the group going so far is Entry point 64 East Bearskin Lake. Permits will be secured January 27th

This would be a Church Sponsored trip and there would be time for devotions lead by Grace Staff. If you are looking for time to Pause, Ponder, Refresh and Reflect this could be the trip for you.
