Dear Tualatin High Community Member,

The Tigard-Tualatin School District collects replacement fees for lost and damaged materials. Fees should not prohibit students from selecting new books from their school library, participating in activities or from obtaining a school issued device for educational use.

Please complete this form to request a TTSD library fee reduction due to hardship or dispute. Once this form is submitted TTSD administrators will review the request and decide upon a course of action.

If you prefer to submit your request by phone, or have a dispute about a different type of fee, please contact your school's Family Partnership Advocate (Directory).
