Application Request for Jumma khutbah fund raising.

Terms & Conditions: 

1. Must submit the IRS tax exempted letter.
2. Accountant letter for exemption from filing tax return is not acceptable.
3. Our policy in Charitable and Educational Organization are $1,000 non refundable sponsorship fee for ICR Masjid.
4. For Masjid fundraising appeal, you should give same facility and resources to ICR in your masjid. 
Note: Fundraising Appeal will be no more than 7-10 minute including fundraising appeal and project discussion. After 10 minute, microphone will be automatically stopped. No other comments or objection are allowed by the ICR Authority.
5. During the assigned Jumma (Time: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm) day, all kind of fund raising money, all masjid box and masjid's electronic fund will be given to your Organization/Masjid.
6. All required document must be received during the application time to ICR.
7. ICR reserves the right to grant permission, deny and/or cancel the requested fundraising approval.
8. Sponsorship payment must be paid after approval and before the fundraising to Zelle (Islamic Center of Rowlett) 972 903 7436.

We are a new masjid within a new community. We do not give any guarantee of how much fund you raise from ICR. It is your responsibility and Taqdeer of Allah (SW).

Furthermore, I will ensure that every member of my team fully understand this policy and rules by such policy, any individual in violation will result in cancellation and the entire visiting team will be asked to leave the premises.
