Vendor/Exhibitor Interest Forms must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 (extended deadline!).
Vendors and exhibitors will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis, with particular interest paid to those that fit the DC State Fair brand. Vendors and exhibitors will be notified of approval by Monday, July 25, 2016. Final payment will be due by noon on Monday, August 8, 2016.
The following pricing structure will be used for all vendors and exhibitors:
• FOOD TRUCKS: $200 per space (no electricity provided) • FOOD or DRINK Vendors: $200 for a 10' x 10' space (one 110-volt electrical outlet provided)*• ARTS, CRAFTS or OTHER Vendors: $100 for a 10' x 10' space*• NONPROFIT ORGS or GOVERNMENT AGENCIES: $25 for half of a 10' x 10' tent with table and chairs**
* Vendors must provide their own tent, table(s) and chair(s). ** Fee may be waived for government agencies that prohibit payment of any kind for use of space.
