This best describes the foods I tend to eat regularly:
My diet mainly consists of things from boxes, bags, pre-made, processed foods, and very few vegetables. (Lean Cuisine/other pre-made meals, cereal, chips, pretzels, bars, etc)
I eat pre-made/packaged/processed foods daily, but I also get at least 1 serving of fruit/vegetables daily.
I try to avoid processed foods and sugar and I try to eat fruits and veggies at least a couple times a day.
I think I rarely eat processed foods, and eat a mix of fruits, vegetables, and protein several times every day.
How I feel about my current weight:
I'd like to lose more than 50 lbs
I'd like to lose between 25-50 lbs
I'd like to lose between 10-25 lbs
