Residential Application InstructionsApplications are screened by management after both of the following steps are completed. If deemed a potential good fit, the applicant will be scheduled for a first interview via Skype or Google Hangouts by our Operations Manager and the department head. We receive a large number of applications, so this process can take some time. We ask that all applicants be patient.
By applying for a residential position, please note that at this time we are not able to accommodate any candidate with children or pets who would also need housing on a long or short term basis. We also cannot accommodate any candidate with Electromagnetic Frequency Sensitivity due to the strong wifi internet we have on campus
If hired, please note that housing changes may be made at the discretion of management, and exact staff housing assignments are set with the best intentions for all staff but also hinge on the needs of Menla as an organization.
With no bearing on your application process, candidates who are offered residential positions are required to divulge to our Director any chronic physical or mental health concerns, since they will reside on campus and are management's responsibility insofar as they are on-property.
