Parish Health Assessment
Using the Parish Health Matrix below, please rate your parish on each of the following parish behaviors on a scale from 1 (Low Health) to 10 (Thriving.) A representative from the Orthodox Christian Leadership Initiative will be in touch with you to discuss opportunities for your parish that you can find at https://www.orthodoxservantleaders.com/doulos.html

Many of these questions were inspired by "Building Healthy, Hopeful, American Orthodox Parish Communities" developed by Joe Kormos.

We lead our parish in full awareness that Christ is in charge, not us. We submit ourselves to His authority by checking our plans and ambitions against the biblical command. We serve not because we "feel" like it, but because we know it is our duty as members of the Body of Christ to offer ourselves in service to the Church and to our neighbor.

We serve one another and with good cheer, expecting nothing in return. Volunteer service is not transactional and we don't keep score.
