Please fill out the form in as much detail as you can regarding the need for the gymnasium. A St. Ann staff member will follow up with your regarding the availability of the gym and if your event is approved. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. If you event is approved then a summary of event details as well expectations will be sent to you.
