Age Smart Employer Award Form
This award, in its third cycle, recognizes New York City businesses and non profit organizations who have policies and practices that help to hire, retain, and engage older workers.

Last year's award finalists and winners were featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Time Magazine, Crain's NY Business, NY1 and industry press. Their workers of all levels were invited to a high-profile celebration that employers called "inspiring" and "invigorating." Several employees said it was a highlight of their working year.

Join household names like Brooks Brothers and NYU Langone Medical Center and local stars like Amy's Bread and Metro Optics.

Please contact Caitie Adams at ca2700@columbia.edu with any questions. Someone from the Columbia Aging Center will contact you for more information about your business, after the form is submitted.
