Perennial Public Power District, hereinafter called “District”, upon receipt of this form, agrees to provide text message notification of its Load Management operations to customers with irrigation services. The District will send a message to each number notifying the customer of the control times of load management. The District will maintain all numbers submitted by the customer in a secure manner. The undersigned customer wishes to subscribe to the Load Management Notification program. The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold the District harmless from any situation arising out of a missed, lost, or dropped call to the customer arising out of an internet service provider problem of either the District or the customer. Termination of this agreement may be made by either party with the notification to the other party.
