  • This year, the evening high school program includes a meal for team AND participants, Sunday - Thursday
  • Wednesday supper will be a parish-wide pot luck
  • Friday lunch will be a burger bash at the park

THANK YOU - HOSTS HAVE VOLUNTEERED - NOT NEEDED:  I can host 2 Totus Tuus teachers, providing overnight, morning continental breakfast and snacks (needed:  2 families to accommodate either men or women). Also, provide Sunday brunch / lunch.

CLASSROOM HELPERS (High School students encouraged as well as adults)
LUNCHES:  Provide lunch for the team at 12:15
On-Site Volunteer - DAILY COORDINATOR - Take Attendance, oversee facilities and equipment - be on-hand for the team members and supervise other volunteers
Provide Snack - Bring 2-3 dozen individually wrapped snacks (MANY are needed). NO PEANUT OR TREE NUT treats.  
SNACK COORDINATOR - Set out cookie break by 9:30, clean up & sanitize by 10:15
LUNCH SUPERVISORS - Watch students during lunch.  
Supper (6:30) for high school & team - provide main dish (2 needed each night for 30 people total)
Supper (6:30) side dish - listed below - for high school & team - provide side (30 people total)
