I hereby understand that no contract of employment is being made with this document.  Any relationship that the undersigned may have with Rockford Country Club is that of independent contractor.  Independent contractor status is and shall be “at will”.  You may dissolve this relationship at any time.  Thus Rockford Country Club can dissolve their relationship with the undersigned, at any time, with or without notice or cause.  As an “at will” independent contractor, you are not guaranteed, in any manner, that your relationship with Rockford Country Club will remain for any set period of time.
