As Altadena, the Palisades, and Malibu continue to rebuild, we want to hear directly from you.

24LA is gathering ideas for community-led beautification projects, such as murals, memorials, gardens, native planting, and shared spaces. Whether it is something that once existed and was lost, or something entirely new, your voice matters in shaping what comes next.

We want to bring beauty, meaning, and connection back into these neighborhoods in ways that truly reflect the people who live there. You carry the stories, history, and heart of this community. Your voice and vision are everything!

You can share things like:
• Something that was lost that you would love to see restored
• A mural, artwork, or message that would feel meaningful in your community
• Spaces that could be transformed through landscaping or native planting
• Whether a memorial or gathering space would feel important
• What would make your neighborhood feel more beautiful, peaceful, or alive again
• Favorite local artists, creatives, or community members we should connect with
