MIT Recreation: Membership for Postdoc Fellows

MIT Postdoctoral Fellows and Postdoctoral Associates qualify for MIT Recreation membership at the MIT Faculty/Staff/Postdoc rate. This form is required for Fellows to sign up for MIT Rec membership. Associates* may apply directly at https://www.mitrecsports.com/ without using this form.

MIT Postdoctoral FELLOWS who have an "Affiliate" MIT ID card*: Please complete the form below. Pending verification, we will issue you a letter certifying that you are appointed at MIT as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Someone from Postdoctoral Services will then contact you about the required letter. You may then enroll in person at MIT Recreation with the letter and your MIT ID card.
