Thank you for considering the adoption of a dog in our HOME to HOME program. The dogs in our Home to Home Program are still living with their owners but the owner has reached out to WILD Canine Rescue for assistance in helping them find a good match and loving home for their pet. Many good dogs end up in the shelters across the nation because owners have lost their jobs, became ill, divorce, or because of financial hardships they simply cannot keep their loving pets anymore. Our Home to Home Program will step in and help with assistance and try to help keep the pets with their owners but if its impossible we will help them find a solution instead of them being forced to take the dog to the shelter and risk euthanasia.
These dogs do not belong to WILD Canine Rescue; we have not assessed or examined them. All information provided has been submitted by the owners; we cannot verify its accuracy. After your application has been approved, we will set up a meeting with you to meet the dog. The owner will be available for you to answer any questions you have and also you will be able to see if the dog is a good match for you.
Before you decide to make the commitment and adopt, please consider the time, effort, and funds necessary for food, supplies, vaccinations and veterinary care to properly care for your new pet.
For your application to be considered, you must: (1) be at least 21 years of age; (2) have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household; (3) possess a valid photo I.D. with proof of current address; (4) have a steady source of income; and (5) understand that your application must be verified and approved by WILD Canine Rescue prior to any adoption taking place.
