VENDOR SPACESVendor spaces may be located on asphalt or grass.
Vendors are requested to bring a tent or canopy for their site if they are not contained in a food truck. All tents must be commercial grade pop-up or free standing frame tents. All tents must be secured by weights or stakes at each corner of the tent. No stakes may be driven into concrete or asphalt and weights or stakes cannot be more than 6 inches away from the legs of the tent.
Vendors must display pricing for all products offered for sale. Failure to display pricing may result in removal from the event or exclusion from future events.
VENDOR FEESFood vendor space fees are based on the size of the vendor space, and will be determined using the formula length (ft) x width (ft) x $1, with a minimum fee of $100. For example, a food vendor occupying a 10x10 tent will need to submit payment of be $100; a vendor requiring a 10x20 space would need to submit payment of $200. Vendors must submit payment in the form of a check made payable to the Downtown Hershey Association prior to the event. The Downtown Hershey Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. We ask that food vendors wishing to sell beverages do not sell alcoholic beverages, soda, or water.
Setup on the day of the event will begin at 9:00 AM. Vendors are asked to have setup complete by 11:30 AM. All vendors must be completely self-contained. The Downtown Hershey Association will not be supplying tents, tables, electricity, ice, water, or trash removal.

In the event of any conflict between the language of the insurance policy(s) and the above recited indemnity agreement, the indemnity agreement shall govern.
Types and Amounts of Insurance:Commercial General Liability for Bodily Injury and Property Damage (occurrence form) including General Coverage, Broad Form Property Damage, Personal Injury Liability. Additionally the Association will be named as an additional insured. Amount of Coverage: $1,000,000
Comprehensive Auto Liability for bodily injury and property damage arising out of owned, non-owned and hired vehicles. A combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required.
Workers’ Compensation and Worker’s Occupational Disease (Workers comp insurance) limits of coverage shall be as required by law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This shall include coverage for all persons whom the Vendor may employ directly or through sub-vendors in carrying out the work described in this contract. The vendor shall provide evidence that the vendor has Workers’ Compensation and Worker’s Occupational Disease insurance protection for his/her employees.
