Before requesting a time be sure that you check the internal department calendar (http://iupmusic.weebly.com/department-calendar.html) as well as the request log of unconfirmed events (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MiZvbhvYj3NZjXGhpRPLwh2QzHWSG-QLgqrcWzHmTXc/edit?usp=sharing) to avoid duplicate requests.

If additional time is needed use the "other information" field below to note the extra time needed. WEEKDAYS: limit requests to start times of 6 PM and 8 PM to allow for multiple events. WEEKENDS: limit requests to start times of 2, 5, and 8 p.m in Gorell and 12:30, 3:30, and 6:30 p.m. for Cogswell 121.
