Before requesting a time be sure that you check the internal Music Department calendar(http://iupmusic.weebly.com/department-calendar.html) as well as the request log of unconfirmed events(https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MiZvbhvYj3NZjXGhpRPLwh2QzHWSG-QLgqrcWzHmTXc/edit?usp=sharing) to avoid duplicate requests.
