After-Work Panel: The Ever-Growing World of Audiobooks
It is no secret that audiobooks are the fastest growing format in book publishing today, but the question everyone’s asking is: why? Are we all screen-fatigued? Influenced by podcasts? Too busy to sit down?? If you’re a lover of audiobooks—on the train, at the gym, at work, in the shower—or have never even listened to one and are just curious how they work, then SAVE THE DATE: Wednesday, February 7th at 6:00 pm for an after-work panel discussion on the ever-growing world of audiobooks, from their production and distribution, to voice actors casting decisions and where they are headed in the future.
Panelists:
Dan Zitt, VP, Content Production at Penguin Random House Audio
Esther Bochner, Senior Manager, Public Relations, Audible
Anthony Goff, SVP, Content Development, Audio Publisher at Hachette
