Hallo und herzlich Willkommen zum Raumanfrageformular des Kollektiv Kaorle

Als interdisziplinäres und kulturpolitisch engagiertes Kollektiv gestalten wir Räume für kulturellen Austausch und gemeinschaftliches Handeln. Die Räume sind wandelbar gestaltet, um vielfältige Nutzungen zu ermöglichen. So kann sich das Office in einen Workshopraum, der Konzertsaal in eine Ping-Pong-Arena oder einen Ausstellungsraum verwandeln. Das Kollektiv Kaorle ist selbstverwaltet und muss Miete, Betriebskosten und all die Arbeitsstunden u.a. über Raumvermietungen finanzieren. Trotzdem setzen wir uns dafür ein, die Nutzung möglichst niederschwellig zu gestalten. Mit diesem Formular möchten wir eure Anfragen für uns spezifizieren, um gemeinsam leichter Feedback zu geben und festzustellen ob unsere Kapazitäten euren Anforderungen und Vorhaben entsprechen.

Wie funktioniert der Ablauf?
01 - Eure Anfrage: Sobald wir eure Anfrage erhalten, prüfen wir, ob sie umsetzbar ist.
02 - Unsere Rückmeldung: Ihr erhaltet eine E-Mail mit Terminbestätigung, einem Preisvorschlag und der Information welche Personen die Kommunikation und Betreuung auf Seiten Kaorles übernehmen wird. 
03 - Mögliche Rückfragen: Sollte der Termin oder unsere Kapazitäten nicht zusammenkommen, informieren wir euch ebenfalls per E-Mail.

Hello and welcome to the space request form of Kollektiv Kaorle
As an interdisciplinary and culturally committed collective, we design spaces for cultural exchange and collaborative action. The spaces are designed to be adaptable in order to enable a variety of uses. The office can be transformed into a workshop room, the concert hall into a ping-pong arena or an exhibition space. The Kaorle collective is self-managed and has to finance the rent, operating costs and all the working hours by sharing the space. Nevertheless, we are committed to making the use as low-threshold as possible. With this form, we would like to specify your requests for us so that we can give you feedback more easily and determine whether our capacities meet your requirements and plans.

How does the process work?
01 - Your request: As soon as we receive your request, we check whether it can be implemented.
02 - Our feedback: You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the date, a price proposal and information on who will be responsible for communication and support on Kaorle's side.
03 - Possible queries: If the date or our capacities do not come together, we will also inform you by e-mail.
