CE: Sunday, March 4, 2018- Yoga Nidra, Inner Resource and Compassion
Living Yoga presents "Yoga Nidra, Inner Resource and Compassion" with Harry Dudley, PsyD, Psychologist and Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher
Sunday, March 4th, 2-4:30pm
Center for Equity and Inclusion: 5757 SW Macadam Ave., Ste 360, Portland, 97239

Enhance your teaching of trauma informed yoga and your personal practice through the synthesis of classical and iRest yoga nidra and the emerging field of compassion science to cultivate resilience and equanimity. The workshop will include didactic and experiential learning through receiving at least one practice facilitated by Harry, and practicing your own delivery in a supportive setting.

Participants will also have access to Harry’s recordings and sample scripts.

• Learn to include yoga nidra in your Living Yoga classes and interweave intention/inner resource throughout the class.
• Become familiar with relevant research in psychology, neuroscience, and the emerging field of compassion science
and how to integrate compassion practices in a trauma informed yoga class.
• Have an opportunity to practice in a supportive environment.

The class is open to the public. Pre-registration is required. There is a $15 fee for active Living Yoga volunteers. Cost is $45 for non-volunteers and $30 for partner site/studio members. Contact chris@living-yoga.org for more information.
