This form is to request an IN PERSON 1:1 Mediumship (Passed Loved Ones) and/or Psychic reading with Evidential Medium Jamie Day. Readings book 2 weeks in advance or more in order to secure the space and my availability. These readings are currently available with flexibility at our BERWICK MAINE studio location: West Wellness at 6 Sullivan Street. I also have options for space rental in Sanford if you prefer- please specify 

All In-Person Psychic Mediumship Readings are 45 minutes long and $200.
