Hilltop Art Festival Vendor Application
This form is for the Hilltop Art Festival that will be hosted primarily on Goldthwaite Street in Montgomery, on Saturday May 20th from 10am until 3pm. This is a rain or shine event.

Understand that your application will be juried. Preference will be given to creatives of all types, such as painters, musicians, authors, potters, photographers, filmmakers, etc. If we fall short of our goal number of creatives, only then we will allow vendors of other types. Preference will be given to artists from the River Region. We are also working to ensure that this is an inclusive event, with strong representation from all across the area.

Upon being informed of your acceptance you will have two weeks to pay the non-refundable 15-dollar fee, otherwise your spot may not be reserved. Payment information will be provided upon acceptance. All vendor spots are 10 by 10 squares. You will need to provide your own table/chairs/displays/awnings. There will not be any locations with power available. The event runs from 10am until 3pm. Setup can begin as early as 8am. As streets will be getting closed, failure to arrive by at least 9:30 to set up may mean that you are unable to get a car near to the location you have been assigned. So the earlier you arrive, the easier time you will likely have. All vendors need to be packed up by 4pm.
