The Somerville Arts Council is seeking street artists for three new large-scale murals for our second year of this project. We anticipate these murals to primarily be on businesses and private buildings - walls not yet confirmed. These murals will be painted sometime between August 11 and Aug 30. We're looking for accomplished artists to bring their diverse and contemporary visions to Somerville. Somerville is a city of immigrants, from all over the world, and we want art that reflects the pride and strength we have in our diverse community. We're looking for innovative and contemporary styles to bring additional color and vision to Somerville walls.
