Becoming a member of the Santae Assistant team requires maturity, patience, and the ability to handle diverse situations with fairness and impartiality. Thorough knowledge of the site is essential to effectively assist Santae members when needed. As an Assistant, you will engage in tasks such as welcoming new users onto the site and helping to answer questions on the forums and in the Discord channel. It's important to prioritize the needs of the community over personal leisure time, especially during peak activity periods. 

Additionally, Assistants have the opportunity to contribute ideas and influence future content and features on the site, requiring familiarity with Santae and comfort in providing input for development.

You will be compensated for the time and effort you put into the job of being an Assistant Staff member.

Preliminary Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • There is a Maximum of 30 hours bi-weekly you are allowed to dedicate to assisting, there is no minimum weekly quota, if you need time off simply, message Management.
  • We highly recommend access to Discord for staff communication.
