Circle of Excellence Award Application 2018-2020
At the 2008 National Convention in Chicago, the Circle of Excellence was awarded for the first time. The Circle of Excellence encompasses the activities of a chapter for an entire biennium. As a chapter, you will be competing against yourself, not other chapters, to be recognized by this award. In addition to this application we ask that you strongly consider submitting the other award applications as they will also be utilized for your chapter in consideration for this award.

You are also encouraged but not required to also submit a virtual presentation showcasing your achievements in all areas below (via video, power point, photo montage, etc). The winning chapter(s) presentations may be shared at Convention and on social media - consider it a great recruitment video for your chapter! You may format it however you would like but we ask you touch on each area within the criteria. The criteria remains largely unchanged from previous years and you may view it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LW03obtiu5j-cV8ePgzuDriwjPtjHeZ_uYKnWhWu-Pg/edit?usp=sharing

As a friendly reminder, since we do not have an official hand sign for the fraternity we respectfully ask chapters to keep photos and videos of sisters making hand gestures out of your optional COE multimedia submissions. This is so we can show all appropriate presentations during the banquet at Convention and recognize your hard work if you win. If you have any questions please direct them to awards@thetaphialpha.org.
