CTE Parent Survey 2019/2020
Please take a moment to complete the following survey. This will help us to better serve students in Yadkin County through the Career and Technical Education Program. Career and Technical Education (CTE) provides student with the opportunity to develop skills in several areas such as Healthcare, Construction, Automotive, Marketing, Business, Family and Consumer Science, Agriculture, Engineering etc..

0- Not Met- There is little or no development and implementation.

1-Developing- Evidence of limited or partial development and implementation. This level shows progress is being made, but there is not consistent impact.

2-Established-Evidence of an operational level of development and implementation. This level shows significant impact based on continuous improvement with long term

3-Distinguished-Evidence of an exemplary level of development and full implementation. This level shows a positive impact that supports continuous improvement and growth.

I am aware there are Career and Technical Organizations (CTSO) within the high school which promotes the program of study and leadership. (examples of CTSO-HOSA, SKILLS USA, FBLA, DECA etc..) *
My son or daughter has been allowed to enroll in Career and Technical Education courses of their choice. *
I feel that the necessary career guidance is offered to my students without discrimination or bias. *
I understand there are career pathways available to my student which can provide training to enter the workforce or continue on to college. *
