We'll be studying a number of stories and themes from the Old Testament and looking at how that shapes our reading of the rest of Scripture. We'll look at these key stories in their own right, and then look at how the themes from these stories keep coming up throughout the Bible. Some of the themes we're hoping to look at are:  Shepherds, How God is the God who renames us, and Firstfruits. We'll meet on Thursday evenings, September 17, and 24 and October 1, 8, 22, and 29 (skipping October 15). We'll gather at 6:30 at Boston Square Church for a light meal and start the Bible study around 7 pm. We'll go until approximately 8:15. There will also be a class for kids.
