A little back story...
At the tender age of 20 I thought I knew what success was! Going to college, getting a high paying job with benefits and climbing the corporate latter! Sooo...I went to college, got my degree, was sooo excited to land my dream career and....well that didn’t happen.

I ended up working several jobs that left me feeling burnt out and completely unfulfilled. I didn’t like clocking in and out, working all day and only having time to see my family for a quick dinner and heading off to bed to repeat the same routine the next day!  Most of all I hated being away from my son, I loved being with him and it killed me that I had to spend my days away from him.

When I left my last job I promised myself that I was never clocking into another job again. I told myself that from now on I am working for myself, creating my own schedule and whatever it was that I decided to do it would not interfere with my family time!

Well, fast forward to today, I kept that promise! I took a leap of faith and started this journey of changing people’s lives! I was nervous to say yes, I doubted myself and my abilities and I just didn’t want to put myself out there. But I told myself, Porsha this could change your life, stop holding yourself back from your possibilities! I got sick of the excuses, I was tired of sitting back wondering, I was over playing it safe...and I went for it!

My initial “Why” was all about finding products that made my hair thrive! My even bigger “why” is connecting with like minded women and empowering others to live purposeful lives and have passion for what they do so they can truly experience a joy filled life! That is what success means to me.

If I can do it you can too! This is it, it’s your chance to change the narrative of what the world says success is. You don’t have to punch a time clock or work for someone else to be successful! All it takes is passion, dedication and drive to bring you the success that you strive for!
