Global Powerlifting Committee Record Certificate Application
Congratulations on setting a new record!  This application is for a certificate for a European or World Record.  Please contact your national representative for National Record Certificates.

Please note that the following conditions must be met before a certificate will be issued:
1) The competition must be finished and full results must be submitted to the International Records Keeper.  This is the responsibility of the Event Organizer.
2) Payment for the certificate(s) must be submitted.  
Paper Certificates that are posted to the lifter cost €10 per lifter per competition.
Digital Certificates that are emailed to the lifter cost €5 per lifter per competition.
The easiest way to pay the fee is via PayPal to the following account: gpcrecordcerts@gmail.com  This is the responsibility of the lifter.
3)Once 1&2 are received, you should receive your certificate in the post in 10-14 working days.  This is the responsibility of the Records Keeper.
