Capacity building, coaching and training support is available through the COO Learning Community as resources area available! This is a resource opportunity to support the work groups and organizations are doing to build & sustain community power and to change systems, policies and environments to be more just and equitable for communities in King County. What this coaching, training and capacity building can be:
- support to attend a conference, workshop or training as an individual or group;
- connection to up to 10 hours of individualized support from a capacity building coach through COO or identified by your organization.
We will do our best to make connections and provide supportive resources and may reach out for additional information!
For reference, what this support is not: filling staff
roles or organizational/operations budget support, technology or software purchase, consultants for grant writing, consultation for doing calculations and estimates of costs, legal advice.
COO support is available (as resources are available) to any King County based group or organization working to build community power for greater equity in health, housing, economic opportunity, and/or civic engagement.
Please be as specific and detailed in answer the below questions - this helps us greatly in connecting you to the right coach or resource.
