2017 ACT-W Seattle Conference Call for Proposals
Interested in hosting a hands-on workshop, being a speaker, or holding a seat on a panel? Please fill out the following application and please include the estimated presentation time you would prefer. The type of session applications we are looking for include:

- 5-Minute Lightning Talks: These occur after the keynote(s) in the morning of the ACT-W Conference. Talks are typically quick stories, inspirational speeches, and quick action items that can be put into place personally or professionally.
- Breakout Sessions (Career Advancement): Sessions are typically 30 - 90 minutes long and can be any technical or non-technical presentation. Adding "take-aways" and "action items" is a great way to make your presentation fantastic!
- Breakout Sessions (Tech Workshop): Hands-on workshops are typically 60 - 120 minutes long and can be any sort of workshop you would like. If you want to run anything by the ChickTech team, please email jenny.morgan@chicktech.org and we would be happy to help!
- Keynote Sessions: We typically have two, 30-minute keynotes in the beginning of the conference and if your session is not specifically chosen for a keynote slot, then we would love to have you as part of the breakout sessions.

Proposal Submission Deadline: June 23rd, 2017

We look forward to meeting you and thank you for supporting ChickTech's ACT-W Conference! Please email jenny.morgan@chicktech.org with any questions.
