Thank you for volunteering for the 2024 Nibley Heritage Days 5K and family fun run festival. Please complete this form so we can finalize volunteer assignments for the event. You will receive more details about your specific assignment by e-mail on or before FRI June 7th.
Volunteer positions are filled on a first come first serve basis and are subject to change depending on actual need at the event. Please indicate preferences for each person in your volunteer group.(Mature youth 12 and older or a child with a parent are eligible to volunteer.)
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
*RACE BAG PREP Wed 6/12 10:30am-12:30pm
*RACE COURSE SET UP: help with set up of the race courses, start/finish line or finisher bag set up. Fri 6/14 @ 5 pm
*RACE DAY SET UP & REGISTRATION: set up of registration area & Check In/Registration and or final set up starting line, finish line. Sat 6/15 7:00 am - 8:30 am
*FINISH LINE/RACE ROUTE: help with processing runners at finish line, directing runners on the course, and or helping at a water stop Sat 6/15 7:30am - 10:30 am
*FINISH LINE HOSPITALITY: help prep finisher bags (water/food etc.) for the end of the finish line chute, and distribute the bags to 5K finishers Sat 6/15 7:30am - 10:30 am
