How would you like to help the HBF 2017?
Select as many as you'd like! After receiving your responses we'll contact you individually to get some information and get the glitter ball rolling! **NOTE: Some of these positions are "ongoing" and some of them will only be needed during the HBF 2016 Festival week September 11th-16th, 2017 at the Honolulu Museum of Art's Doris Duke Theatre. ALL of the Show/Stage Positions will be needed on September 15th & 16th, 2017from 6pm-10:30pm, with mandatory attendance at (1) show run thru held TBA before the show nights.
Administration (stuff like organization, performer contact and logistics etc)
PR (stuff like social media posting, sharing, Eblasts etc.)
General Show Volunteer (stuff like Ushering, Staff Support during shows etc.)
Vending (stuff like helping with HBF Merch Sales pre/post show, setup etc.)
Stage Crew/Stagehands (stuff like setting props and moving stuff onstage in between acts)
Stage Management (stuff like management of Performers during show times)
Pre-Show Entertainment (do you have any special skills? Stuff like Magic, Juggling, Contortion etc? Show off at HBF Pre-show!)
Fundraising (stuff like contacting prospective donors)
Welcome Wagon (stuff like activities with Visiting Performers, Performer Trans to and from the Airport etc.)
Show Tech Crew (stuff like helping with lighting, sound, mics etc.)
Why are you interested in helping the HBF 2017, and what do you hope to learn/gain from it?
Any reason is a good one! We're just trying to figure out how to enrich YOUR experience!
