International Asteroid Day—Talk Series

Greetings from Chiguru Colab,

As a part of the International Asteroid Day celebrations, we are planning to organize an online (Virtual) webinar series from 24th June to 03rd July 2022 on the scientific importance of Asteroids, Planetary defence, and solar system minor bodies.

Asteroid Day as observed annually on 30 June is the United Nations sanctioned day of public awareness of the risks of asteroid impacts.

The week-long webinar series planned to engage high school students, graduates, young researchers, and educators will be conducted from 7.00 PM – 8.30 PM (IST).

We welcome applications from interested people to learn about the Asteroids, and to be part of the Planetary defence community.
