This Association was formally registered on 07/11/2017 under the Singapore Societies Act by the Registration of Societies (ROS). EVAS has been assigned the Unique Entity Number T17SS0214F. The gazette notification effecting the registration was published in the Government Gazette, Electronic Edition, on 16/11/2017 vide Notification Number 3922.

Any Personal Data requested in the following questions below are required by ROS, and will only be used for registration as EVAS member.
