HCPS 2021-22 Transportation Registration
This form is used to register your student for school bus transportation for the 2021-22 school year. A form must be completed for each student for which you are requesting service. Service is provided from home to school and from school to home, five days a week. Alternative Bus Stop requests will be reviewed after September 15, 2021. (Alternative Bus Stops are not guaranteed and are dependent upon bus capacity and serviceability.) After completing this form you may apply for an Alternative Bus Stop using the following link: http://hcps.us/departments/transportation/transportation_request/
