What grades and subjects do you teach? *
How did you find out about the Hawaii Island Vog Network program? *
Do you currently teach earth science topics with your students? *
If Yes, please describe:
Please explain why you are interested in Hawaii Island Vog Network and what you hope you and your students will gain from the experience: *
What special skills do you bring to the training and how does this training fit into your educational future? *
Data from all the Vog sensor nodes on the Island will be accessible real-time. A teacher could design a study question for the class to work on together to model how to do research. (For example, teach students how to graph using real data.) Or students might pose their own research questions.  Feel free to describe what you hope to gain from this workshop day.  It could be a new chemistry curriculum or more info about vog, or some engineering skills as well.  If you have additional interests and objectives for this workshop, please let us know.     *
I understand that I will have to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) committing to this year long program upon acceptance into the Hawaii Island Vog Network Program. *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
